Refund Policy

At Solution Heroes LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality videography and photography services. We value our clients and strive to provide the best possible experience. Please review our Refund Policy below:

1. Deposits & Booking Fees

  • All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date. This deposit covers initial preparations, scheduling, and holds your spot on our calendar.
  • If a client cancels their booking, the deposit will not be refunded.

2. Refunds for Completed Services

  • Due to the nature of digital media and customized services, all completed photography, videography, and editing services are non-refundable once delivered.
  • If a client is dissatisfied, we will work with them to make reasonable revisions as outlined in their package agreement.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Clients may reschedule their session with at least 14 days notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
  • If Solution Heroes LLC must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

4. Refunds for Technical Issues

  • In the rare event of equipment failure, data loss, or unforeseen circumstances that prevent us from delivering the agreed-upon service, a partial or full refund may be considered at our discretion.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for arriving on time and being prepared for their session. Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction due to personal preferences, lack of preparation, or failure to follow session guidelines.
